Promptwice provides digital services that may be delivered or made available immediately. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.

Credits and generation requests

Purchased, issued, or consumed credits are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Submitted or completed AI generation requests are generally non-refundable.

AI generation is inherently variable. Subjective dissatisfaction, style differences, or prompts not producing the desired result usually do not qualify for a refund.

Possible exceptions

If you believe there was a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, payment failure with charge, or a refund required by law, contact support@promptwice.com.

We may ask for your registered email, order ID, payment time, and issue description. Refund approval is determined by Promptwice based on order status, usage records, payment-provider records, and applicable law.

Canceling subscriptions

If subscriptions are available, you may cancel renewal before the next billing period. Canceling usually does not refund the current billing period, but you may continue using the provided service for that period unless required otherwise by law.
